I had a great appointment this week with Dr. Smith and her dental assistant, Jo. From start to finish, everything felt smooth and well organized. Dr. Smith was thorough, gentle, and explained what she was doing at each step so I always knew what to expect. Jo was attentive and friendly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The cleaning was detailed but painless, and they both worked efficiently without making it feel rushed. I left feeling well cared for and confident about my dental health plan. It is clear they work well as a team, and it made the whole experience genuinely pleasant. Five stars from me. I am grateful for the excellent care.
